Magic Sol Studio is a private suite that provides a safe space for guests to decompress and be themselves all while enjoying the benefits of self care. My goal as an artist, healer, and empath is to provide quality care and services specializing in healthy hair and inner healing. Connect to The Divine, and see what beauty awaits you here at Magic Sol Studio! ✨️ ✨️I politely ask that guests take this time to disconnect from the outside world and devices to fully enjoy your experience. Relaxation, balance, and peacefulness are the goals in this space.✨️ Magic Sol Studio operates by APPOINTMENTS/REFERRALS ONLY. Please, no walk-ins at this time. Guest Guidelines: -Guests are encouraged to bring snacks/drinks/entertainment if the appointment time is over 2 hours. MSS will provide some of these items, but you may bring whatever you prefer. -Arrive with clean hair for best results during chemical services. ( wash 1 day prior to appointment ) -NO extra guests or children during appointment unless they are receiving services. Service dogs will be permitted with proper licensing; pets and emotional support animals will NOT be permitted on the property. -Please, NO smoking 🚭 inside of, or near any entrance/ exit of the building. -Guests have 7 days from completed appointment to contact Magic Sol Studio for any adjustments needing to be made, free of charge. Magic Sol Studio is not responsible for client's at home maintenance or any changes made by guest or another artist/salon after appointment. Payment: -Card on file is required to book online appointments for ALL guests -Payments made on services are NON-REFUNDABLE. Guests may schedule a reservice if MSS is contacted within 7 days of completed service. -Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE -Deposits go towards payment of services, and will be deducted from total. If guest reschedules, deposit will transfer over to the next scheduled appointment (up to 1 reschedule). If guest cancels, the deposit is still NON-REFUNDABLE. -Magic Sol Studio accepts all major credit cards,debit,ApplePay, and cash payments. Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle are also acceptable forms of payment. *change is NOT provided for cash payments/gratuities* *MSS does NOT accept personal checks as payment for services* -Pricing may vary with each guest due to the customization of services. Please schedule a consultation before booking chemical services to ensure the best results. Cancellation/Reschedule: -Guest may cancel online 2 days prior to the appointment. After that, you will have to contact me directly. Cancellation 24 hours or less prior to appointment will be subject to a 50% fee of Total service ticket. No call/ No show appointments are subject to a 100% fee of Total service ticket, and deposit will not be refunded or roll over to a new appointment. There is no fee for rescheduled appointments if guest does so within the 2 day window prior to their appointment, but anything less will fall under the 50% fee. Guest may reschedule without fees only once, after that they will have to begin the booking process over again.
